She graduated from the HKAPA, and was a recipient of the HK Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund Scholarship. She attended the Eastman School of Music, where she received her Performer''s Certificate, Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts. She was the winner of the 2001 Eastman Concerto Competition. She is currently a faculty member of the HKAPA, .the HK University and the Chinese University of HK.
