Paulo integrated his passion for fitness and music into the creation of the revolutionary new fitness program, FitRhythms(TM).  Paulo recently particpated in research under Dr. Barry Bittman, which has proven the programs efficacy to exceed that of cycling, skating, skiing, hiking, golf, tennis and weight training at burning calories.  His FitRHYTHMS(TM) program was spotlighted in Making Music Magazine Sept, 2005 and will be featured at the IHRSA International Fitness convention March, 2006.  Paulo has presented FitRhythms(TM) master classes at cutting edge health clubs including: Aventine Sporting Club, La Jolla, California, club One, San Diego, CA, Pacific Athletic Club, Palos Verdes, CA, Remo Recreational Music Center, North Hollywood, CA and New Mexico Sports and Wellness, ABQ, New Mexico.
