- Began playing guitar at 12. After yeras of circuit playing, he first caught national attention via Guitar Player's 'Spotlight' column written by Shrapnel Records guru Mike Varney which led to a TV commercial. His debut 'Mind's Eye' was released in 1987.
- As a member of Alice Cooper's band, he toured the US and performed on Cooper's album.
- Has conducted numerous guitar clinics around the world and released instructional videos.
