Under the baton of Danilo Delfin and Yeo Pai Tiong, Louis, the Tom Lee HK Youth NeoWinds Orchestra joined hands with the Dunearn Secondary School Military Band in presenting the "Tom Lee HK Youth NeoWinds Orchestra x Dunearn Secondary School Military Band Joint Concert" at the Jockey Club Auditorium on Dec 6 (Sat) at 8:15pm.

The first half of the programme, under the baton of Danilo Delfin, the Tom Lee HK Youth NeoWinds Orchestra presented a series of well-known pieces for concert bands, including, Persis, Thames Journey & Miss Saigon. Fung Ka Hing, the Trumpet Soloist, performed Concerto for Trumpet and Symphonic Band with NeoWinds. Ever since 2004, the Orchestra has provided wonderful orchestral training and performance opportunities for budding musicians in the territory. In just four years, the Orchestra has already grown into a wind orchestra that consists of more than one hundred young musicians.

For the second half of the concert, the Dunearn Secondary School Military Band, conducted by Yeo Pai Tiong, Louis, offered an exciting program of a series of popular wind band classics, including, Florentiner March (Grande Marcia Italiana), Op. 214, Mystery on Mena Mountain, March "Blue Sky", Cloudburst and The Sound of Music. The Band has a long history dating back to 1966 when it was one of the first twenty school bands set up in Singapore. The band started with only twelve pioneer members and has grown to a membership of 60. It is one of the oldest of all uniformed groups in Dunearn Secondary School.
