The annual "YAMAHA Asian Beat" Grand Final 2009 will be held in Yokohama, Tokyo, Japan on November 8. It is one of the biggest band competitions every year for the amateur bands from areas, including Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Mongolia, Thailand, Mexico and of course HONG KONG. Pre-competition already started. There is a pre-show on-line voting on all finalists. You can listen the entry song of each final band and choose your favourite band and give them a vote! Our Hong Kong representative, Blaster is one of the finalists and need your support to vote for them!!! Please check the link below:

About Asian Beat:
"Asian Beat" is one of the biggest amateur band contests held throughout many regions in Asia. Yamaha Corporation started this event as "Band Alert" in 1998, renamed to "Asian Beat" in 2001. It starts out from qualifying rounds in participating countries and regions. Each winner at national or regional finals can proceed onto the Grand Final, where they perform together on the same stage and compete to be the top of amateur bands in Asia.
